What is a

Tournesol?

Take a swimming pool and add a fitness centre, a wellness area and much more and round off the whole offering with your own gastronomy services. True to the motto: "Everything from a single source."

 

And that is how you create a regional local relaxation space. Admittedly, it's not quite that simple, but the principle is the same. A Tournesol consists of the following areas:

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool area differs from conventional swimming pools thanks to the use of a patented dome construction. This dome roof opens up by sunny weather!! It goes down to the ground and can be opened along up to a 1/3 of the length of its circumference. This creates an indoor and outdoor bathing area that can be used in parallel, by any weather.

Fitness center

In addition to state-of-the-art fitness equipment and up-to-date course offerings, what is unique is that it works in combination with the swimming pool at the particular location (and includes an integrated pool landscape in this size range). This guarantees a unique position in this market segment and allows for a high-price policy and the targeting of additional market potential.

If you combine a large indoor and outdoor pool with a professional fitness centre, you will see an uptick in subscription numbers.

In keeping with the definition of the first and last mile in customer communication, the gastronomy offering is operated in-house across the entire facility. In addition to a restaurant, the on-site gastronomy offering also covers the following areas – a pool bistro, sauna bistro and a fitness bistro as well as a pool bar in the water and a terrace restaurant with a round bar. This ensures that customers are catered for everywhere. The gastronomy offering is usually complemented by a conference room.

Thanks to the special technology integrated into the buildings, not only are costs reduced, but the overall water consumption is also reduced thanks to the use of integrated service water. Of course, every Tournesol prioritises customer and employee safety. The latest safety technologies for swimming pools (www.angeleye.tech/en/) as well as in all other areas are successfully used by specially trained staff. 

Your own security concept

Every location is unique. So every Tournesol is equally unique. The modular structure allows for individual solutions for each location, both in terms of size and the individual offerings. The basic model remains the same, which allows for the integration of additional modules, such as shopping and accommodation facilities, ball sports and much more to create a custom regional local relaxation space.

The dome solution developed and implemented in the Tournesol is unique and protected by a European patent. Mr Michael Beck and the company Arch2O jointly hold the rights to this patent.

The investment model

Fundamentally, it is an investment in a commercial property. Thanks to the offer's partially public character (swimming, swimming pool), the public sector can be brought onboard at every location. Options here range from the provision of the land to monthly grants during ongoing operations in exchange for socially acceptable prices. This commitment by the public sector underlines the security of the investment. All of this with a return of 3 to x % p.a.

Investments in several locations are possible.
